Ordering
How does the ordering process work?
You select the desired item and click on the “order” button below this item. The item is then placed in the shopping cart. In the same way, you can add multiple products. When your order is complete, click on ‘checkout’.
Step 1: Your details & shipping method
We need your name and address information to ship your order.
Step 2: Payment details
Choose your preferred payment method.
Step 3: Check your order
You will see a complete overview of your selected products. You can check them again and adjust them if necessary. When you click the “place order” button, your order will be entered into our system and you will be redirected to the payment page.
Confirmation
After the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note: with some e-mail providers, it is possible that this mail ends up in the junk mail folder. Always check this mailbox. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service at service@wallfield.nl.
I did not receive a confirmation email, now what?
Immediately after placing the order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email from us. You will usually receive this e-mail within a few minutes. Once you have seen the confirmation page after placing your order, your order has reached us.
Unfortunately, we cannot prevent you from not receiving the confirmation e-mail in some cases. Possible reasons for this are:
The email address was mistyped by mistake.
The confirmation e-mail has been blocked by a spam filter. Then you will find the e-mail in the junk mail.
The e-mail address of muurz.nl is among the blocked senders.
If you can’t find it, please send a message to: service@wallfield.nl
How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order in several different ways. Currently we offer the following payment methods: iDEAL:
iDEAL is an e-commerce payment system used in the Netherlands, based on internet banking. Introduced in 2005, this payment method allows customers to make online purchases through direct online transfers from their bank account.
Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express):
A credit card is a type of credit facility, provided by banks, that allows customers to borrow money within a pre-approved credit limit. It allows customers to make purchases of goods and services.
IN3:
In3 is the only installment payment method with no interest or borrowing and no negative credit history. You pay in three installments, within 60 days. You pay the first installment directly through iDEAL.
PayPal:
PayPal Holdings, Inc. is an American multinational financial technology company that operates an online payment system in most countries that support online money transfers, and serves as an electronic alternative to traditional paper methods such as checks and money orders.
Klarna:
Klarna Bank AB, better known as Klarna, is a Swedish fintech company that offers online financial services such as payments for online stores and direct payments along with post-purchase payments. You can choose Klarna post-pay and Klarna pay in 3 parts.
Belfius Direct Net:
The bank provides its own payment solution for its customers. Belfius customers can thus make payments in real time in their familiar banking environment. The information such as beneficiary, amount and description are specified in advance which eliminates the risk of failed transactions.
GiroPay:
Giropay is an Internet payment system in Germany based on online banking. Introduced in February 2006, this payment method allows customers to buy securely on the Internet through direct online transfers from their bank account
Bancontact:
Bancontact is the best-known online payment method in Belgium. The payment is completed in one’s own internet banking environment. It is a guaranteed payment method, that is, the money is transferred immediately and cannot be reversed. This method of online payment corresponds to the Dutch iDEAL.
If you do not succeed in paying for your order, please contact our customer service. We are available on working days from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. You can also email us at service@wallfield.nl. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Delivery
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are: €6.95 (excluding VAT) per order, regardless of the number of items ordered. Shipping is free with orders over €200.
How is an order shipped and can I track it?
Our orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes. We work closely with our carrier DHL, PostNL & Onbezorgd. The moment your order is ready for shipment you will receive an email. This email includes tracking information (track & trace). Click on the link to track your order.
If a package is delivered to you when you are not at home, the deliveryman will deliver the package to the neighbors if possible. If the neighbors are also not present, then the deliveryman will leave a “Not At Home Message” in the mailbox. Through the website of the delivery service you can use the received ‘Not At Home Notice’ to determine when the package should be offered to you again.
