All items you buy from us are covered by the legal warranty. Legal warranty means that a product is or should do what the consumer can reasonably expect it to do. Some products are also covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not detract from the legal warranty.

You have the right to return the products and revoke the contract within a period of 30 days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods. This “money back guarantee” is without prejudice to our legal guarantee. All warranty terms mentioned on our website or so-called money-back guarantees apply only to the warranty we offer and do not affect the statutory warranty.

Please note that this does not apply to the custom / personalized products we offer. Only a legal warranty applies to these products. You cannot return these products.
